IN ZAMBIA TO FIND A JOB YOU NEED 2 THINGS

This 2 things are: (1) A Relative who works at the same company or the so could connections and that Relative has to be pushing for your behalf, "it is said that the Richer are getting Richer in Zambia and the Poor are getting Poorer and this seems to be normal in Zambia". Those who have been working will continue be working in their whole generation keep working well those who are not will continue that way. (2) You need to have money if you don't have a relative, this caused me to lose a job at a Named N.G.O Company when I was told to provide k6,000 to be offered that job. In Zambia sending Application Letters to those Advertised Jobs is the big share worst of time as your Application Letter will never be Considered based on the same two Facts. I remember in Livingstone 2011 I was one of the passed out to join the Zambia Army, but we where shocked to hear that the Number they needed Has already filled up, Despite passing out and those whom they told us has been filled in we never saw them in any of those training. It is indeed a worst of time and Recourse to apply to Zambian Companies if you have no Money or a Relative As the President said "Kagono" meaning little thing or Money to pay to get Employed in Zambia, be it in Government Companies, Private Companies and N.G.Os. How I wish the Government can come up with the way on how to Identify and find all this who are in Forefront, then People will have the hope and the Dream again. In my case I have already gone through a lot of such things despite being Experienced in Information Technology, Management, Data Analytics and having Qualifications with valid experiences. Having Dreams in Zambia is the same as having nothin, because dreams here never seems to work for a lot of us. we survive by God's Grace. This country Despite being called a Christian Nation I wonder what kind of Christian Nation it is. because Christ said "Give" in other words Christ expect us to Love one another and give if someone is asking you if what He asks is there and Give without expecting anything from the person you have given, because God is the One who repays back to any one who does What is right. It is also Right for any one to work not only those with money and Relatives and those Hiring Managers it is not that if someone don't have a Degree then you deem them to be not Fit. who told you that those without Degrees can't work. Look around Bill Gates Never had a Degree when he Started Microsoft one of the powerful Companies in the world, Mark Zuckerberg He equally didn't have a degree when he Started Facebook. So where do you get your sense of Degree holders to be fit for jobs, Actually you must be the ones Telling those Degree holders to Create jobs.
